The BCAB PaddleUK White Water Safety course is a must do for any whitewater paddler.

The objective is to teach simple and safe skills that can be applied appropriately.

The course is designed to provide you with the underpinning knowledge to prevent situations from occurring by using simple and safe practical skills to paddle rivers safely and how to deal with rescue scenarios that may occur.

The course covers all the safety and rescue skills for paddling on white water up to grade 3.

You should be a competent grade 2 paddler in order to attend this course.
